At Carpet Depot, we stand behind the quality of our work. All flooring installations are completed by experienced professionals and backed by warranties against workmanship. Carpet installations include a Lifetime Installation Warranty against workmanship, while all hard-surface flooring installations are covered by a 1-Year Labor Warranty against workmanship. Our goal is to give you confidence in your investment and peace of mind long after installation day.
LIFETIME CARPET INSTALL WARRANTY
1. Our Promise to You
At Carpet Depot, we take pride in every job we do. Your new flooring was installed by professionals who care about getting it right the first time.
We stand behind our work with a Lifetime Installation Warranty against Workmanship from the date of completion.
If an issue arises that’s caused by our workmanship, we’ll make it right — at no cost to you.
2. What’s Covered
This warranty covers installation-related problems such as:
- Loose or lifted seams and transitions
- Carpet wrinkles or buckles caused by improper stretching
- Gaps or uneven joints in hard-surface flooring due to installation error
- Improperly installed thresholds, trim, or base molding installed by Floor Pro
- Hollow spots or movement caused by improper adhesive use
3. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Manufacturer or product defects (covered by the manufacturer)
- Damage from moisture, flooding, heavy furniture, pets, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or minor color variation
- Work that has been altered, repaired, or reinstalled by someone other than Floor Pro
- Subfloor movement or structural shifting after installation
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your installation:

- Have your original invoice or proof of purchase handy.
- We’ll schedule an inspection within 10 business days.
- If the issue is confirmed to be installation-related, we’ll fix it at no charge.
If it’s due to product defects or outside factors, we’ll provide guidance on repair or replacement options.
5. Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation address. It is non-transferable.
6. Limit of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or re-installation of the affected area. Carpet Depot is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or replacement costs beyond the correction of the installation.
7. Keeping Your Floors in Great Shape
To help protect your flooring investment:
- Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions.
- Keep humidity and temperature within recommended ranges.
- Use floor protectors on furniture and avoid dragging heavy items.
- Clean spills promptly and use mats at entryways.
HARD-SURFACE 1-YEAR INSTALL WARRANTY
1. Our Promise to You
At Carpet Depot, we take pride in delivering professional, quality installations.
All hard-surface flooring installations performed by our team are backed by a 1-Year Labor Warranty against workmanship, beginning on the date of installation completion.
If an issue arises within this period that is the direct result of our installation workmanship, we will correct it at no cost to you.
2. What’s Covered
This warranty covers workmanship-related installation issues, including:
- Gaps, uneven joints, or misaligned planks or tiles caused by installation error
- Loose, shifting, or lifting flooring due to improper installation techniques
- Hollow spots or movement caused by improper adhesive application
- Improperly installed transitions, trim, or base molding installed by Carpet Depot
- Installation-related issues that affect the performance of the flooring system
Coverage applies only when the flooring has been used under normal residential conditions and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.
3. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Manufacturer or product defects (covered by the manufacturer’s warranty)
- Damage caused by moisture, flooding, plumbing leaks, or water intrusion
- Subfloor movement, foundation settling, or structural changes after installation
- Damage from heavy furniture, rolling loads, pets, misuse, or neglect
- Scratches, dents, chips, or surface wear due to normal use
- Failure resulting from improper climate control or humidity levels
- Work altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Carpet Depot
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe you are experiencing an installation-related issue:
