At Carpet Depot, we work hard to deliver unbeatable pricing, fast turnaround times, and one of the largest in-stock selections of carpet and remnants in Oklahoma. Because our inventory moves quickly and promotions may change based on availability, Carpet Depot reserves the right to modify or cancel any advertised offer at any time. Only one promotion may be applied per household. Commercial projects, prior purchases, special-order items, and already discounted products are excluded unless otherwise stated. All promotions apply only during the initial consultation and for in-stock merchandise.

Free Furniture Moving
Applies only during the initial consultation.
Includes standard, reasonable furniture that can be safely moved by two adults (excludes heavy, oversized, delicate, or specialty items).
Additional fees may be required for excessive items or complex moves.
Referral Program
For each referral who purchases and installs flooring with Carpet Depot, you’ll receive a referral reward after their job is fully completed and paid. Customers are responsible for tracking and submitting their own referral claims. (Program details available in-store.)
Price Match Guarantee
Carpet Depot will beat any verifiable written competitor estimate for comparable in-stock carpet or flooring material. Competitor estimates must:
Be dated within 30 days and include product specifications, padding type, installation details, room measurements, subfloor prep charges, and any additional fees.
Include a lifetime installation warranty.
Be based on an in-home measurement performed by the competitor.
Carpet Depot reserves the right to reject any estimate that is not bona fide or does not meet comparison criteria.
Warranties
Material Warranties
All product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary based on product type, fiber, construction, padding selection, and usage. Manufacturer warranties often require:
Proper maintenance
Yearly professional carpet cleaning (with receipts)
Compliance with temperature and humidity requirements
Any pro-rated manufacturer warranty claim is calculated based on original material cost divided by warranty length. After year two, labor for replacement is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Carpet Depot is not responsible for issues related to:
Underlayment not installed by us
Subfloor movement, settling concrete, or structural defects
Improper care, pet damage, abuse, moisture, flooding, or acts of God
Discoloration from asphalt, high heel indentations, rolling furniture, appliances, and pet claws
Floors must be maintained within 60–80°F year-round. Failure to maintain proper climate conditions voids all material and installation warranties.
Warranty Transferability
Material warranties may transfer if allowed by the manufacturer. Carpet Depot’s installation warranty is non-transferable.
Additional Disclosures
Financing
Deferred-interest financing is available for qualified buyers through third-party lenders. Terms vary by lender and market. Financing cannot be combined with other offers.
Expansion & Floating Floor Disclosure
Installing cabinets, walls, or heavy fixtures on top of floating floors (laminate, LVP, etc.) may restrict movement and void warranties.
Subfloor Conditions
Subfloor issues often cannot be identified until installation begins. Any repairs, leveling, grinding, or moisture mitigation needed for a proper installation will incur additional charges. Dust or debris from subfloor prep may occur; Carpet Depot is not liable for cleanup, health concerns, or related costs.
Water Damage & Moisture
Wood, laminate, and many vinyl products can be permanently damaged by moisture. Warranty coverage does not apply to water-related damage.
Seasonal Changes (Wood Products)
Seasonal gapping, expansion, and contraction are natural and not considered defects. Home humidity should be maintained between 30–50%.
Asbestos Disclosure
If asbestos is suspected, flooring installation must stop immediately. Testing and abatement must be handled by a licensed abatement contractor. Carpet Depot is not responsible for asbestos-related costs or delays.
Collections & Non-Payment
If collection procedures are required, customer agrees to pay all associated costs, fees, and attorney expenses. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.
Product-Specific Notes
Carpet may show shading, pile crush, pattern variation, or texture changes; these are normal characteristics.
Carpet may require re-stretching after 24 months as part of normal maintenance.
Walls, trim, and moldings may incur minor scuffs during installation.
Heavy or delicate furniture, aquariums, appliances, pianos, and similar items are not moved by installers.
$2,000 in floor prep costs is included; additional structural repairs or specialty trades (plumbing/electrical) are not included.
Conditions, Delays & Cancellations
Unexpected delays (weather, shipping, material shortages, lack of access, etc.) do not constitute abandonment of the project. All installation dates are estimates.
Cancellations after the initial three-day grace period may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the contract price to cover labor, materials, and administrative costs.
Contractor may cancel the agreement within 30 days if pricing errors, structural issues, or financing issues prevent proper completion.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from this agreement may be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Both parties waive the right to a court trial or jury.
